Data Deletion Instructions

When you fill out a form, book a consultation, or interact with our ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or Google, we store: your name, email address, phone number, and optionally your company name. We may also store technical data associated with your visit (IP address, browser, referring ad) through the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics for campaign attribution. We do not store payment data, Facebook Login credentials, or content from your social profiles.

To request the complete deletion of your personal data, send an email to contacto@inspirationfactory.tech from the same email address you used to contact us, with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". In the body of the email, include: your full name, the phone number you provided (if any), and the date you believe you first contacted us. If you requested deletion on behalf of a third party, include proof of authorization.

We will confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within a maximum of 30 calendar days from confirmation. You will receive a final confirmation email once the deletion is complete. This service is free — we will never charge you to delete your data.

We may retain limited data after deletion only when required by law (e.g., invoicing records if you became a paying client, retained under tax law). In those cases we will tell you exactly what was retained and the legal basis. Marketing data, lead forms, and Meta Pixel records are always fully deleted on request.

When you request deletion we also submit a request to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google to remove your associated advertising events from our Pixel / Analytics audiences. Note that Meta and Google may retain aggregated, anonymized statistics under their own policies — you can also request deletion directly from Meta at facebook.com/privacy/explanation and from Google at myactivity.google.com.
